Upon graduation, she became the assistant coach due to her passion for helping athletes reach their potential. Mikaela is passionate about running and strength training, as well as all forms of fitness, and has been an avid runner for over a decade. She has a new found love for the longer distance races including the half-marathon and marathon and recently qualified to run her first Boston Marathon in spring 2024. On her days off, she enjoys going for a run with her husband, Chase, as well as biking and spending time with her niece and 2 nephews.
